1 lb ground turkey
3 ozs pork rinds, ground
4 ozs chopped raw green chilis
5 ozs chooped onion
2 ozs shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp crushed sweet basil
1 tsp Spanish paprika
1/4 cup of picante sauce
How To Prepare:
I just mixed that all together with my hands until it was completely and thoroughly distributed. I came up with 32 ozs of the turkey burger mixture for a total of the whole bunch.
I did make a 6 oz burger (raw before cooking) until I saw how many calories they are. Whew.... It seemed like quite abit to me. But anyway, the nutritional information is for a 6 oz (raw before cooking) burger.
