4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 beaten egg
1 cup crushed spicy pork rinds
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Hidden Valley Ranch BBQ Ranch dressing for dipping (3 grams carbs per 2 T.)
Oil for frying
How To Prepare:
Combine garlic powder and parm. cheese with pork rinds. Mix. Dip strips in egg, then dredge in pork rind mixture. Coat well. Cook in hot oil until juices run clear, about 3 minuter per side over med. heat. Salsa Ranch dressing is also delish for dipping!
