2 low carb tortillas (fajita size)
frank's red hot
How To Prepare:
Cut up chicken and fry in a pan. Add in a little frank's to make the chicken red after it is cooked. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and put the tortillas on it. Spread Frank's red hot on tortillas, then add chicken, chopped green peppers, onion, and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle some frank's red hot on top then, spread some blue cheese over it. Cover with cheddar cheese and cook for about 20 minutes on 375. This is delicious!!
