This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever come up with and my whole family loves it.
4 boneless Skinless chicken
(cut into 1 inch strips)
3 cloves of garlic (or more depending on how much you like garlic)
1 1/2 sticks of butter
How To Prepare:
Melt the butter and garlic together in the microwave.
Dip the chicken strips in and batter generously Fry them in the skillet until golden brown That's it your done.
Try not to cook the chicken too long or it will dry out, it is best when juicy :0)
