1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion(s), chopped
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast(s), cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 jar (1 lb.) Carb Options™ Alfredo Sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Prepare:
1. In 12-inch skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until golden.
2. Stir in chicken and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, Carb Options Alfredo Sauce and ground black pepper. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and broccoli is tender.
