Ingredients: 2 lbs. wings
1/3 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 cup Splenda
2 tbsp. brown sugar twin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
course ground pepper
1/4 tsp. tobasco
1/2 cup fine groundrinds
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
2 tbsp. butter
How To Prepare: saute garlic and onions in butter. Mix in all other ingredients except wings and simmer for 10 min. Preheat oven to 375. Line pan with parchment paper. Toss wings with sauce and cook for 1.5 hours turning 2 to 3 times. Wings should be crunchy!
