1 stick butter (depends on how many wings)
Parsley Flakes (as much as you can stand...they really add the flavor)
Finely chopped garlic
Rosemary (fresh preferably)
Tabasco sauce (leave out if you do not like spicy)
How To Prepare:
I can't give specifics on some amounts, because it depends on your taste. :-)
In a side bowl, mix ingredients. Taste the sauce as you go along, and add as you need.
Put drummettes on baking pan and baste with mixture. Put in oven at 350 deg for approximately 45 min to 1 hr, depending on how many wings, and how crispy you like them.
Turn the wings often (or they will stick to the pan) and re-baste them often for more flavor.
Great cold. I make them in advance and keep them to snack on.
