4 chicken breast halves -- boneless, skinless
1 pound fresh mushroom -- sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper -- fresh ground to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese -- I use Kraft
How To Prepare:
Placed thawed chicken breasts in a 9X13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in 425 oven for 35-45 minutes. During last 10 minutes, sautee mushrooms in butter in heavy skillet until soft. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Top chicken breasts with mushroom mixture. Pour cheese on top of mushrooms. Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake for 10 minutes more.
