Ingredients: 1 T BUTTER
6 BONELESS,SKINLESS
1C CHICKEN STOCK
6-8 SLICES OF BACON
3 FRESH GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED
12 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1/4 C. SLICED GREEN ONIONS
4 HEAD OF BROCCOLI CUT INTO BITE SIZED PEICES AND STEAMED
How To Prepare: FRY BACON, SET ASIDE.SATUE CHICKEN IN SKILLET WITH BACON GREASE UNTIL JUST DONE 8-12 MINUTES. SET ASIDE. POUR CHICKEN STOCK INTO SAME SKILLET AND SCRAPE THE BOTTOM FOR BROWN BITS. COOK THIS FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES. ADD FRESH GARLIC AND WHISK IN SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE. (SAUCE SHOULD BE THE THICKNESS OF HEAVY CREAM..IF TO THICK ADD A LITTLE MORE STOCK.)..REUTRN CHICKEN AND HEAT THROUGHOUT.. ADD GREEN ONIONS, CRUMPLED BACON AND STEAMED BROCCOLI JUST BEFORE SERVING.
