1 pound of boneless chicken breasts
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup of mozzarella
1 cup of parmesan
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
pam cooking spray
How To Prepare:
Cook chicken and shred
add onions and cook until clear
Add fresh rosemary (dry or fresh)
Add cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmasan
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray
Fill cups full
Bake at 350 for 30 mminutes or until golden brown on top
Number of Servings:
Serve with low carb sauce
