1 pound chicken -- cooked and shredded
1 can green chili enchilada sauce
4 low carb tortillas
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
How To Prepare:
Place two tortillas on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Add chicken over the tortillas. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken. Add remaining 2 tortillas over the chicken and sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas. Top with shredded cheese. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
