Take the required amount of cooked/leftover chicken and put into a frying pan with heated oil. After around 3-4 mins add some chopped onions, green or red (or both) peppers or any desired vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally add some Dark Soy Sauce and a pinch or two of Garlic Salt.
