Cookie Wookie Chef Oriental Shitake Mushroom Chicken

1/2 pound Mushrooms -- sliced about 1/4 inch (varies)
3 thin slices ginger root slices -- (3 to 4)
1 ounce Chicken Meat --
sliced the same way as the mushrooms
Pam to spray the pan
How To Prepare:
Spray pan with pam. Heat up pan. Saute ginger till you can smell it. When the ginger smells good, then add in the chicken. When the chicken is almost done, add in the mushrooms and saute till the mushroom are a little bit soft but not mushy soft.
This recipe doesn't have accurate timing because its one of those family recipes that aren't written down and every generation cooks it a bit differently. This is the general way of cooking it though. I think that shitake mushrooms works best with this recipe but other mushrooms work pretty well also.You could also add in
some spices to give it more flavor.
