3 pounds chicken breasts -- cut in strips
6 ounces tomato sauce -- 10.5 carbs
2 tablespoons cumin -- to taste
1 tablespoon chili powder -- to taste
salt and pepper -- to taste
Sour cream and cheese for garnish
How To Prepare:
Brown chicken strips in vegetable oil until no longer pink. Add rest of the ingredients, and simmer on low, mixing ingredients well. Simmer about 15 minutes, making sure to coat all the chicken strips with the sauce.
Add to lettuce for chicken fajita salad, and garnish with sour cream and cheese, or eat plain with garnish.
