Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breast --
shredded
diced mozzarella or
monterey jack cheese -- or
your favorite


10 grapes diced -- or diced
granny
smith apples (apples are
better)
one or two green onion
stalks -- diced
mayonnaise (add to your
liking)
slivered almonds or pecans
pepper
How To Prepare: Mix all of the ingredients
together. You may have to
experiment a few times to
get the quantities right. This
is especially delicious
when I put it on a lightly fried
tortilla--I have found some
that are EXTREMELY low in
carbs... Manny's is the
name brand... only 5 and a
half carbs per tortilla.
