Ingredients: 2 chicken breast
1/2 cup italian salad
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup onion -- finely diced
15 jalapeno chile peppers
-- (15 to 20)
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash lemon pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro -- dry
8 ounces shredded
mozzarella cheese
How To Prepare: Cook chicken in water until
done. Remove and let cool
enough to handle with
hands. Reserve broth.
While chicken is cooling
dice onion, very finely, and
combine with dressing, 3/4
cup broth, seasonings,and
cheese. Shred chicken,
finely, into bowl with other
ingredients. Stir until mixed.
Set aside. Cut peppers in
half long way, remove stem
and seeds. Scoop chicken
mixture into Peppers and
lay on cookie sheet and
bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

( You may use small bell
peppers in place of
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 39g total
