1/2 chicken (whole or chopped into pieces)
1/2 cup black sesame oil
3-4 knobs fresh ginger
How To Prepare:
It's best to use a pottery crock for this dish. Heat the sesame oil until very hot. Add the ginger and fry 1-2 minutes. Add chicken, cover pot and cook just until color changes, stirring often. Add water to just cover the chicken. Simmer until chicken is tender. About 1/2 hour before serving add wine to taste (can be a few T. to a few cups). DO NOT ADD SALT!
