1/2 chicken (whole or have butcher chop into pieces)
2 slices ginger
2 T black sesame oil
2 oz. dried lotus seeds
salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Heat sesame oil until hot. Stir fry ginger until fragrant. Add chicken and water to cover. Add 1/2 t salt and lotus seeds. When you are almost ready to eat adjust the salt. Don't add too much salt or you will overpower the delicate flavor of ginger and lotus seed!
