1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
How To Prepare:
Mix together mayo, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, broccoli and pimentos.
Spread into 9-in pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzeralla cheese. Continue baking 5 min or until cheese is melted. Serve w/wasa crackers, celery, your choice of veggie..
