Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup TVP (textured
vegetable protein) 6 carbs --
6 carbs??
2/3 cups ground plain pork
rinds
4 tablespoons butter
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup green onion --
chopped
1/2 cup mushroom -- sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt and pepper -- to taste
garlic -- to taste
How To Prepare: Saute celery & onions in
butter until tender, add
mushrooms, chicken broth
and bring to a boil.
Add seasonings, TVP &
pork rinds, mix thoroughly
and let sit until liquid is
absorbed.
This makes 4 1/2 cup
servings
