Description: This is a quick and easy hot cereal that satisfies my sweet tooth and is very filling. a good alternative to eggs.
Ingredients: 3/4 C water, 1/8 C wheat bran, 3 Tbsp golden flax meal, 1 Tbsp whey protein isolate, 1 tsp walnut pieces, 2 tsp stevia, 1/4 tsp imitation banana flavoring, 1 Tbsp butter, pinch of salt.
How To Prepare: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Add Boiling water, banana flavoring and butter and stir. Let the cereal absorb or about 2 minutes and eat.

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Calories: 262, Total Carbs: 11.7g, Fiber:9.2g, Net Carbs: 2.5g, Protein 11g.
