1/2 link of Mexican pork sausage (I used V&V Supremo which I bought at Walmart) and 4 large eggs, sour cream
How To Prepare:
Add sausage to fyring pan on medium heat, break up and fry from approximately 8 minutes. In the meantime whisk 4 eggs in bowl. When sausage is cooked throughly pour eggs into pan. Stir frequently until eggs are cooked. Optional: add sour cream if you're not a big fan of spicy foods like me!
