Description: Directions:

*** Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees ***
1) Greese pie plate and set aside.
2) Grate zuchini and spread evenly in pie plate
3) Chop other veggies and spread evenly in pie plate.
4) Mix egg and whip cream. Slowly add coconut flour. Add additional spices as desired.
5) Place in Oven.

Makes 4 meal servings.
Ingredients: 4 oz. zuchini, 5 eggs, 4 tbsp heavy whip cream, 6 oz. shrimp, 2 oz. green onion, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 oz. asparagus
