1/3 Cup Coconut flour
1/3 Cup Almond Meal
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Melted Butter
Combine ingredients, press into lined/greased shallow cake tin Bake on med/high heat for 10mins.
2 Tbs Tomato Puree
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs cream
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup Parmesan
1/4 Cup Cheddar
Defrost or wilt your spinach. Lightly fry onions.
Once crust is on baked, mix tomato puree and oil together and then spread onto crust like a pizza.
Top this with spinach and then onions.
Mix eggs, cream and parmesan together then pour over onions.
Top with cheddar and bake on Med heat until browned on top and firm.
