Description:
The Hardee's breakfast bowl is awesome, no doubt, but I don't have the money to go out to breakfast very often. One day, when I was jonesing for one, I sort of invented my own version.
Ingredients:
Carb-free Sausage
Bacon bits
Diced Ham
Eggs
Heavy Cream
Swiss or Cheddar Cheese Slice
Shredded Cheddar
How To Prepare:
1) Mix 1-2 eggs (depending on appetite) with heavy cream and cook like a crepe in a frying pan. When done, fold the crepe in the bottom of a bowl. Top with sausage, then a slice of Swiss or Cheddar cheese.
2) Make a sausage, ham, bacon and cheddar omelet with heavy cream, using 1-2 eggs and place it on top of the bowl after step 1.
3) Top with more bacon bits and shredded cheddar.
