I don't always have time to cook breakfast in the morning so I make this on Sunday and have leftovers for my breakfast through out the week. It reheats well.
1 lb Johnsonville breakfast sausage in a tub container with no casing
12 to 16 large cleaned pealed shrimp
Old Bay seafood seasoning to taste
12 eggs scrambled
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
16oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray non-stick cooking spray in a 13 x 9 glass-baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage.
Cook the pealed shrimp in small amount of butter on stovetop till no longer translucent.
Scramble the eggs. Mix in mustard.
Put cooked sausage in the baking dish. Place shrimp on top of the sausage. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Pour egg mixture over the entire top. Try not to have any dry spots left.
