Description: Based on Chinese Jim Lee's Chinese Cookbook.
Ingredients: 6 eggs beaten well
1 cup shredded roast pork
2 cups fresh bean spouts
2 scallions, chopped including green ends
1 med onion shredded
1 t splenda
1/8 t ground pepper
1 t MSG
2 T soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock or water

1 1/2 cups chicken stock
xantham gum to thicken
2 T dark soy sauce
1 t MSG
1/8 t ground pepper

Mix all ingredients. Warm through,
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients from first group together. Fry in heated vegetable oil until set and golden. Flip to cook other side. Drain on paper towels. Stir egg mixture up each time you take a scoopful out. Add oil as needed.

To make the gravy, mix all ingredients from the second group. Warm through.
