5 oz. raw beef or pork chorizo (the soft kind - remove the casing)3 oz shredded pepper jack cheese3 Tbsp. chunky salsa (I use homemade, of course )1/8 tsp. seasoned salt6 large eggs
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 375.Spray a 9" pie pan with butter flavored nonstick spray.In a medium skillet, crumble and brown the chorizo on medium heat til done. Set aside to cool or place in fridge for about 5 minutes.Once the chorizo is cool, add the remaining ingredients.Pour the mixture into the greased pie pan.Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375. The quiche will be reddish in color due to the chorizo and salsa.Set aside to cool. Slice and eat. Garnish with additional salsa if desired.YUM YUM YUM!!!!
