Ingredients: 6 Minute Steak's
(steak-ums -- etc)
4 egg's
How To Prepare: Place steaks on warm
skillet (not to hot or they
splatter) as they are
cooking tear them in small
parts. As they brown you
can whip the eggs
in a bowl w/ a splash of
cream if you want. After
meat is cooked push to the
sides of the skillet and pour
eggs in the middle to cook.
scrambling untill cooked
the way you like. (eggs dry
or wet) Mix the eggs and
and you can top with any
slice/shreaded cheese you
like. Let cheese melt for a
moment. Serve & enjoy.
Can also use salsa or
some ketchup on top. If you
are on maintance and
consume more carbs I eat
them in the whole grain
tortilla shells they
sell here sometimes. You
could add some onion if
you like, green peppers,
etc. If meat is a bit greasy
you can put the meat in a
bowl with a papertowel
to drain while you cook the
eggs in the same skillet
and then add the meat
back in. This ammount
feeds me and my husband
just fine. You can add or
delete eggs & steaks for
your family size. We used 2
eggs/3 steaks per person.
There is alot you can do
with this basic recipie.
