Ingredients: Custard mix:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg -- or
to taste
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
-- or to taste
salt to taste
7 ounces artichoke hearts --
chopped in small pieces
1 cup spinach -- finely
1 cup Parmesan cheese --
freshly grated
How To Prepare: To make the custard, mix
the ingredients together.
Place spinach, artichoke
hearts, and cheese into pie
pan. Add the custard
mixture. Place in a
375-degree oven and bake
45 minutes to one hour until
the custard is set and a
toothpick inserted comes
out clean.

Note: If using processed
Parmesan cheese, use
less salt in the custard mix.
If using frozen spinach,
squeeze out water after

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Loved it! Very tasty and fluffy.
Cons: Next time I'd leave out the nutmeg. Not a nutmeg fan.

I was getting very tired of breakfast foods so I came to this site to get inspired and boy did I! Loved this quiche!
