Description:
Ingredients: 5 eggs -- (5 to 6)
3 tablespoons chunky
tomato sauce
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons grated
parmesan cheese
How To Prepare: Pre-heat oven to 350. Place
all eggs and cream in a
medium bowl. scramble
until combined. Mix in
tomato sauce, and 2 tbsp
cheese. Place in glass
oven-safe container and
bake for 25+ minutes,
checking every 5 after the
25. May require adjustment
cool until when pricked with
toothpick it comes out
clean. Take out from oven,
cover with remaining
cheese without mixing, and
place back in oven for 3-5
minutes to melt. Enjoy!
