Ingredients: 1/3 cup soy flour -- (1/3 to
1/3 cup wheat bran --
coarse - 1/3 to 1/2
1 teaspoon baking powder
artificial sweetener -- to
taste - I use brown
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
heavy cream -- to bring to
pancake consistency
blueberries -- frozen
How To Prepare: My son has been a
low-carber for some time
and developed this as he
didn't like using all soy flour.
He doesn't add the sugar
sub but it's much better with
it. For one person, I just use
half the receipe.
Cook slowly and wait until
the sides are dry. Turn
carefully, they may fall apart
rather easily. Enjoy!
NOTES : Carbs for artificial
sweetener, cream and
blueberries not included in
above total - adjust
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 26g carbs total
