Ingredients: 2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon artificial
1/4 teaspoon vanilla -- or
maple flavoring
1/4 teaspoon baking
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons soy flour
How To Prepare: Beat first 8 ingredients with
a whisk or hand mixer in a
small bowl
until blended:
Beat in soy flour until there
are no lumps:
Heat a non-stick skillet
brushed with oil. Drop
pancake batter (one
pancake at a time) and
bake until golden on both
sides. Batter is thin,
so make sure your pan is
level so that batter doesn't
spread unevenly.
Serve with butter and
Davinci Sugar Free Syrup.
NOTES : makes 3 medium
sized pancakes about 4" in
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 8g carbs total
