Description:
Ingredients: 1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 cup water
1 splenda packets
sprinkle of cinnamon


How To Prepare: Combine.
Microwave for 3 minutes
and then let set a minute in
the microwave to thicken.
Top with 1/4 cup yogurt,
more cinnamon and
another pkg. Splenda. Adds
up to a about 12 grams of
effective carbs once you
subtract the 12 grams of
fiber plus 10 grams of
protein and about 230
calories. A great way to start
off your day!
