8 large eggs
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Add seasonings and beat to mix.
Pour into a 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Add salsa in spoonfuls over the top of the egg mixture. Spread cheese over surface. With a fork, mix salsa and cheese just enough to spread then evenly over the pie plate. (This will allow them to rise and layer in the oven.)
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes. Top should be slightly brown and a knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
Let cool slightly before cutting.
