The mix looks good, but how do you turn cerael-powder into hot cerael???
Is this just a "add water" recipe, or an "add water and microwave for X minutes/seconds" or ....?

Delicious! Easy to put together, storage in a ziplock bag works for me.

I mixed together the flax, and bran, had only a 1/3 cup of pecans, so I added unsweetened coconut, reduced the Splenda packs to 5, added 3 Tbs of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp if nutmeg, the 3 Tbs of vanilla protein powder and omitted the salt. Mixed this up very well, and stored in zip lock bag in fridge. To approximately 1/2 to 2/3rds cup of cereal, just add boiling hot water, slowly, to get a syrup thickness, stir well, let sit a 10 seconds or so, it should thicken slightly. I sometimes top with blueberries. I have ordered a similar cereal from a website, and this is just soooo much fresher and tastes delicious.
