Sharon a/k/a YeloRz Deep-Dish Pizza Quiche Reviews Date of last review 12 Wed February 23, 2011 Recommended By Average Price Average Rating 100% of reviewers None indicated 9.8 Description: Ingredients: 2 c. shredded cheese (I use Four-Cheese Mexican) 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 4 large eggs 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. low-carb tomato sauce 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 6 slices pepperoni How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 375. Spray pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle Four-Cheese Mexican on the bottom. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Pour this over the cheese. Bake in preheated 375 oven for approx. 23 minutes or until eggs are set. Spread on tomato sauce, top with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni slices. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and browning (about 5-7 mins.) Let stand 10 mins. before serving. It's so good, and we top it with whatever veggies or cheese we are in the mood for at the time. This is a favorite for family members who aren't eating low carb as well.

I added onion and mushrooms too, you can pretty much add anything like you like on your pizza. Will definitely be making this again.

I used a casserole cheese mix and added some chopped onion to the tomato since we like onion on our pizza. I probably went over on carbs because of the sauce, I need to find a lower carb one.
