Yummy chewy little cookie that is so yummy. It like a cross between a macaroon and a meringue cookie!
2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp cream of tarter, 1/4 tsp Almond extract, 2 tbs agave necter, 2 packets splenda, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes or shredded
How To Prepare:
Combine all ingredients except for the coconut in mixer. Mix on high speed for 2-3 min untill stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut. Drop by spoonfulls onto parchement/ baking paper that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. (I used foil with spray and they stuck). Back in warm oven 150-175 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The cookies are done wen they get a slight browning on them. Let cool before trying to remove from paper.
