Description: A variation on almond butter bars. The flax or almond meal gives a different texture. If you are moderate carbing, you can also mix in some cooked quinoa.
Ingredients: Almond Butter, 2 C Flax Meal or Almond Meal, erythritol to taste, vanilla optional
How To Prepare: Mix together and bake at 350 for 30-40+ minutes
Number of Servings: between 10 and 30, depending on how good you are
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: about 4-6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): easy
