3/4 cup unprocessed coconut oil (Spectrum)
1 cup Splenda
1 small capful vanilla
6-8 scoops protein shake mix (I used Atkins)
cinnamon for sprinkling
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper, if you prefer (I did)
Beat the egg. Add in the coconut oil. Mix well. Add vanilla. Slowly pour in the Splenda so that it doesn't "dust" everything. Next add the shake mix, 1 scoop at a time. (I started out with 6 but added two more.) Roll into balls the size of a marble. (The size you roll them into will determine how many you make.) Next, crisscross them with a fork. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes. Yum Yum!
