Ingredients:
|
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar free peanut
butter
1 ounce unsweetened
chocolate
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup protein powder
10 packages artificial
sweetener
|

How To Prepare:
|
Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Melt the butter,
peanut butter and chocolate
in the micromave.
Put the rest of the
ingredients in a mixing
bowl.
Add the melted combo to
the dry ingredients and drop
by heaping teaspoons onto
a greased cookie sheet.
I flattened the tops and
baked for 7 - 8 minutes.
They are a bit crumbley,
some of the broken ones I
plan to add to a
Jello/Whipped Cream
dessert. I also keep these
in the freezer to pull one out
when I want one.
Makes 20 medium size
cookies.
