These bars taste just as good as the "real deal". I followed the recipe precisely until I ran out of lemon juice, so I added a bit of lime juice to the filling and made the icing with lime. Made it a bit tart but that was exactly the taste I was craving. Be sure to let it cool down completely before icing or it will get a bit soggy.

I doubled the filling and topping portions of the recipe and the bars turned out good. Also, I added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the topping for added flavor.
