Ingredients:

1 cup sugar free peanut
butter -- (natural)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Splenda -- plus extra
for rolling
1 egg
|

How To Prepare:
|
Mix all ingredients. Drop by
tsp. onto an ungreased
cookie sheet. Using a cup
dipped in Splenda, press
down. Or, dust cutting board
with Splenda and roll out to
use with cookie cutters.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at
325. These cookies do not
brown much - don't over
bake or they fall apart.
These are yummy made
into sandwich cookies with
Twist in the middle!
