Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Splenda
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups protein powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

How To Prepare:
|
Melt butter and blend with
Splenda, add eggs and dry
ingredients. Drop in
teaspoonfuls onto cookie
sheet and squash slightly
so cookies are uniform.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8
minutes. They may brown
[this makes a crisper
cookie], they may not [this
makes a softer cookie]. I
like to top them with peanut
butter when I'm really
craving sweets.
And tasty as well, much like
a sweet bread. Enjoy.
