These are delicious little cheesecake-type cookies. They are very delicate and our 4 year old loves them

They are good, I just don't like the Splenda after taste.

Very easy, really yummy!

|
Cons:

Took a while longer to bake; not nearly the count listed

These cookies turned out really, really good! They were very easy to make, and yummy. I had to let them bake quite a while longer than the recipe said (thanks for the great descriptions). I also only got 26 cookies (dropped by scant teaspoonfuls - about the size of a quarter), not the 60 listed. Even with the correction (using another 8 oz. bar of cream cheese), I still would not get 60 cookies. I'd make them again, though because they are very good!

Portion control :)

These are some great cookies. I added a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder. This helped to make the cookies a little less fragile and helped to neutralize the Splenda aftertaste. I also added some cream to thin the mixture.

Cons:

Not crisp at all

I added 1/4 t almond extract and cut the splenda down to 1/2 c.
Very good, little little cheesecake bites.

These are a great sweet tooth satisfier! I love them. When ever I have a craving I can easily whip up a batch of these. Only thing I found is that I do not get a 60 cookie count batch out of this recipe. I get about 25 and I'm making small cookies! Anyway, they are still tasty. :o)

They were kinda sweet.....I think I did something wrong though because they tasted a little funky. Oh well, I'll cry again.
