Ingredients: 1/2 cup Crisco
1 stick butter
1/2 cup Splenda
6 tsp Sweet N Low Brown Sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups soy flour
2 tbs wheat germ
1 Cup pecans, chopped
4 Endulgence chocolate bars, chopped
How To Prepare: Mix Crisco, butter and the "sugars" until well combined. Mix in one egg, then add the vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Next mix in the flour and wheat germ. Fold in the nuts and chocolate. Put any size amt. of the dough onto cookie sheets, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. I usually get 20 cookies out of a batch, but I like mine slightly bigger than average.
