It satisfied my chocolate craving

It was more like dark chocolate.

I thought this was pretty good and easy to make. My husband liked it as well but it tasted a little like the dark chocolate. The only thing I changed is that I used Stevia instead of Splenda. Over all this helped me when I needed something chocolatey! It is pretty low on the carbs.

I thought this recipe was good but wish I hadn't found it. I have a hard time with portion control and have eaten too many of these!
I used one of those plastic mini muffin pans and it worked great. I used a large spoon to fill each cup and it made 24 thin pieces, plus a couple ended up a little larger (my samplers). I didn't need to do anything to prepare the muffin tins. Because I'm the only one that eats these I don't know if I will make again. I do have them in the freezer...if I can learn to only eat one or two....
