Ingredients:

12 ounces unsweetened
chocolate
3 cups heavy cream
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons rum
10 packages artificial
sweetener
1/2 cup roasted almonds --
crushed

How To Prepare:
|
Cream egg yolks and
sweetener. Add rum. Set
aside. Simmer cream for
about
five minutes. Melt chocolate
in cream. Turn off heat and
very slowly
dribble in egg yolks while
stirring continuously. Add
crushed almonds and
mix. Spread mixture in
wax-paper-coated baking
pan and refrigerate for
several hours.
Cut into 20 pieces.
