How To Prepare:
|
In sauce pan melt butter
with cream and cr. cheese,
wisk together until
smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and cool
a bit, wisk in vanilla, cocoa
and AS (splenda the best).
On wax paper arrange
pecan halves into 4s (like
turtle legs) and plop a
spoonfull of choc mixture on
to the middle of each set of
legs. Cool in
frig till firm (keep
refrigerated or they get too
soft).
Makes about 15
ps - this choc mixture
refrigerated in a small pan
makes a nice fudge type
treat too.

not included in totals.
