Description:
Ingredients: 1 8oz cream cheese
1 teas+ peppermint extract
1 TBS ThickenThin
not/Sugar (optional and
gives great texture)
DaVinci Creme de Menthe
(optional)
Sweetener of choice (I use
SweatLeaf's Stevia/FOS)

Mix and spread over lg
cookie tin or pizza pan
(covered w/
parchment paper) and
freeze

Luxary Chocolate Topping
3 oz unsweetened baking
chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
sweetener of choice (I use
Stevia/FOS)
1 teas amaretto or DaVinci
syrup
1 teas vanilla extract

How To Prepare: Break up choc, add cream
and microwave (high about
2 minutes)
until melted OR stir over low
heat, stir constantly. Once
chocolate is melted then
WISK until stuff is shiny.
Pour over
cold cream cheese and
return to freezer.

Once chocolate is solid you
can cut up into serving
sizes and
put in freezer bag or let
freeze and break it up.

These defrost quickly. I like
them semi-defrosted as
well as
completely room temp.
You'll find your favorite.

What is awesome is I don't
get urges to eat lot's of this.
A
little bite will last for an
hour.
